2011

• GREYHAWK was awarded a contract from the County of Camden Department of Parks for construction management and grand administration services for the overall implementation of the TIGER 1 Grant for a series of pedestrian streetscape and greenway trail improvements that will increase accessibility to Wiggins Waterfront Park and various local sites within the City of Camden
• GREYHAWK entered into an agreement with Princetel, Inc. to perform commissioning services for the Princetel Alteration and Renovation project
• GREYHAWK was awarded a contract for claims consulting services associated with assisting a steel fabricator negotiate change orders on the detailing and fabrication of the world’s largest crane
• GREYHAWK was awarded a contract with the County of Cumberland to perform construction management and cost estimating services for the historic Vine Street School building to be converted  to the Cumberland County Prosecutors office space and construct a new multi-story parking structure

• GREYHAWK was awarded a contract with Rowan University to perform commissioning services for the new Cooper Medical School of Rowan University medical education building project in the City of Camden
• GREYHAWK was awarded a contract with the Willingboro School District to provide construction management services for a $67M District-wide Renovations and Improvements Program to Willingboro Schools 
• GREYHAWK was awarded contract with County of Burlington for Phase I and Phase II improvements to the park facility known as the County Fairgrounds

• GREYHAWK continues to provide construction claims consulting and expert witness services to Reliance in Liquidation in response to over $15 million in claims by the owner of errors and omissions by the designer on the American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL
