Swansea Housing Association (SHA) is a non-profit organization which provides homes in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot areas of Wales. It specializes in creative urban regeneration and readily embraces change in social housing procurement and partnering. Over the next five years, SHA is managing over £80 million ($144M) of capital construction projects, and has engaged GREYHAWK to provide project advisory services for this construction programme.
GREYHAWK, serving as an extension of SHA’s staff, is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the entire delivery team – architect, engineers, contractors. GREYHAWK developed CPM schedules for all of the SHA’s current projects, and continues to monitor the construction progress. Our role has been expanded to assist with the review of work complete versus the work breakdown structure, as well as with the analysis of cash-flow for multiple funding sources.
