GREYHAWK provided owner’s representative services to United Methodist Homes of New Jersey for an additions and renovations program at the Shores at Wesley Manor, an adult community and assisted living / healthcare facility in Ocean City, NJ. The project included the construction of six multi-story additions to the existing three-story building, which remained in operation throughout construction. The additions included new assisted living units, as well as new nursing rooms. Assisted living units are studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom accommodations with private baths.
GREYHAWK’s on-site manager provided on-going close coordination with staff to enable the full time residents to live in the buildings and move around the campus while construction was proceeding.

- Addition of 151 assisted living units (licensed for 212 residents)
- A portion of the assisted living units were specialized for persons with memory impairments and for persons with increased physical frailty
