GREYHAWK was initially retained to provide completion services when the original construction manager, as provided by its contract, left the project after consuming its contract budget. Our initial tasks centered on arranging for subcontractors to complete punch list work, resolving outstanding change orders, and closing out each subcontract. Some of the outstanding change orders involved disputed extra work and delay costs. All but one of the disputed change orders were resolved without litigation.
Because of GREYHAWK’s success with resolving the outstanding change orders, we were then retained to provide expert litigation support to analyze the disputed claim and provide expert testimony at trial. The claim involved issues of delay, disruption, acceleration, loss of productivity, design errors / omissions, and extra work. GREYHAWK was able to assist the client with achieving a favorable settlement.
- Seating capacity is over 73,200 including 8,754 club seats
- The stadium contains 469 miles of telecommunications, security, broadcast and audio system cable – enough to reach from Cleveland to New York City
- The stadium dimensions are 933 feet wide, 695 feet long, and 171 feet high
- The superstructure contains 5,300 tons of reinforcing steel and 60,000 cubic yards of concrete
