Construction Managers

   GREYHAWK is interviewing for quality on-site managers to oversee public/private construction projects (e.g. schools, libraries, fire houses, office buildings, roads and bridges, high rises, correctional facilities, postal service facilities, government buildings, environmental or nursing/medical facility projects). 

   If you have experience as an on-site construction manager, quality control inspector, or general contractor superintendent on these type projects, we are interested in hearing from you.  

    Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required for all positions, and computer literacy is expected. Candidates will have a working knowledge of CPM scheduling and understand construction administration functions.  Prefer candidates with at least five years of demonstrated experience.  Professional license or CCM, a plus.

A bachelor degree in engineering or architecture is required. Candidates must be skilled in accepted methods of quantifying both delays and damages on large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Proficiency in CPM scheduling software, Word, and Excel is required.  Expert testimony experience is preferred. Professional certifications/licenses (PE, CCE, CCM, LEED, etc.), a plus.
