Charles (Chuck) Romanoli joined GREYHAWK in 2001.  Chuck earned an engineering degree from Rutgers University College of Engineering and has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of construction project management.  His years of construction management experience for large public and commercial projects includes on-site management of multiple prime contracts, multiple site projects, new construction, additions and renovations. Chuck is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and immediate past-president of CMAA’s Mid-Atlantic Chapter.  Chuck is a certified construction manager (CCM) through CMAA, a Certified Inspector and Construction Project Manager with ACI and has been licensed as a NJ Building inspector, licensed Private Pilot, licensed NJ Realtor, and 203k HUD Inspector.  He often speaks and presents CM topics at client and industry seminars, serves on various educational and advisory boards and is active in many regional organizations.

 

 


Charles F. Boland, P.E., Principal, Regional Managervcard


Charlie Boland joined GREYHAWK in 1997.  As a Principal with GREYHAWK, he has technical, marketing, sales, administrative and financial responsibility for regional consulting operations. Charlie earned Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Master of Civil Engineering degrees from Villanova University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.  He has more than 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, project management, and in cost/schedule analysis in the preparation and evaluation of contract claims on hundreds of projects across all market sectors; providing these services to all the major stakeholders in the construction process.  Projects include those in building construction, power generation, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, environmental and infrastructure sectors. He has provided technical dispute resolution services in mediation, and expert testimony in arbitration, deposition, and court proceedings. In addition he has served as an arbitrator in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as an independent, private, and American Arbitration Association arbitrator.  He is a guest lecturer at Villanova University and the University of Delaware, and provides seminar presentations on project management, claims management and CPM scheduling to various industry groups and law firms. 



Charles J. Caramanna, P.E., LEED A.P., Principal, Regional Managervcard


Charles Caramanna is Regional Manager and a Principal with GREYHAWK.  He joined GREYHAWK in 2002 and has approximately 30 years of experience in the construction management industry.  Charles serves as Regional Operations Manager for Construction and is responsible for the oversight of all construction management assignments in the MidAtlantic Region.  He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and a LEED Accredited Professional.  Charles is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Civil Engineering with specialties in both Geotechnical and Structural Engineering.  He is a member in good standing and actively participates in the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Society of American Military Engineers and the Construction Management Association of America.  The Atlantic City-Brigantine Connector, the South Jetty in Barnegat Inlet and School Construction in the NJ Statewide Program are just some of the noteworthy projects Charles has played a key role in completing.



Ronald C. Kerins Jr., CCM, LEED AP, Principal, Regional Managervcard


Ron Kerins joined GREYHAWK in 2007.  As a Principal with GREYHAWK he is responsible for regional operations as well as business development in the greater Philadelphia Market.  He holds a B.S. degree in Architecture and a B.S. degree in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University, as well as an M.B.A. degree with focus in leadership studies from The Pennsylvania State University.  Mr. Kerins is involved with Temple University College of Engineering, serving on the alumni board, industrial advisory board, and board of visitors.  He is also an instructor for various courses in construction and engineering curricula for the Engineers Club of Philadelphia, Temple University, Widener University and Lorman Education Services, as well as for the CMAA Professional Review Courses.  Mr. Kerins has served in various leadership positions on the chapter and national boards of the Construction Management Association of America. He is also on the Board of the Eastern Pennsylvania Board of Directors and an active participate with the ACE Mentor Program.  He has 25 years of experience representing owners as a construction consultant in the areas of project and program management, value engineering, contract administration, cost control, scheduling and construction claims.

 


Brian Hanifin, Regional Managervcard


Brian Hanifin joined GREYHAWK in 2010 and has 30 years of experience overseeing project management and construction claims consulting operations. He brings a unique set of skills to the construction process including construction and project management, critical path method (CPM) scheduling / schedule analysis, cost estimating, value engineering and evaluation of large construction claims litigation. As a recognized expert in the field of construction management, he has testified as an expert witness in the areas of project management and CPM scheduling. He has served as a guest lecturer, presenting at industry seminars on matters relating to value engineering, CPM scheduling and project management. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at Columbia University teaching a Masters Program course on CPM Scheduling.  His role as an industry leader was galvanized in 2004 when his project team received the Construction Management of America (CMAA) Project Achievement Award for project management excellence in the $50~$100 Million category. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University , and is a member of the CMAA and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He has also been appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Arbitrators for the Construction Industry.

 


Robert Notley, LEED AP, Commissioning Managervcard

Robert Notley has over 25 years of experience in design engineering and construction management of large commercial and public project and has been with GREYHAWK since 2004.   Rob earned an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University. He has worked on the design and construction of simple-cycle and combined-cycle power plants in North America and the Middle East, and has managed over $250 million of school renovation, addition and new construction work. Rob is a Project Executive for GREYHAWK and is the Manager of the Commissioning Group. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and is active in the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
